2. Are your treats suitable for all dogs? Yes! We offer a variety of treats, including grain-free, gluten-free, and high-protein options. Always check ingredient lists if your dog has specific dietary needs.
3. How long do your treats last? Our treats have a long shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place. The exact best-before date will be on the packaging. Woofscuits are 4 months, tea bags & woofcorn is 7-8 months
4. How much is delivery, and how long does it take? Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Standard UK orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days. Visit our [Delivery] page for full details.
5. Do you offer returns or refunds? Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds.
Stockists & Wholesale
1. How do I become a stockist? We love working with businesses! If you’re interested in stocking The Woof Truck products, please [get in touch], and we’ll provide all the details.
2. What’s the minimum order quantity for stockists? Our minimum order for mini packs is a box of 20, which can be mixed between different products. Trial 33 is a box of 33 packs. Larger orders may have different minimums please contact us for details.
3. How long does it take to receive a stockist order? Small orders are usually dispatched within 7 days, but larger orders may take up to two weeks, depending on stock availability.
4. Can I have my own branding on the packaging?
Absolutely! We offer fully customized branding with your logo, giving your business a unique and professional touch. Get in touch to discuss design options and pricing!
